Per federal financing laws, your lender must provide you with a full closing disclosure at least three business days prior to the closing.
It is very likely that they will have you log into an encrypted server to accept the documents and provide e-signatures. Not having this completed within the time frame allotted will result in a minimum three day delay so please sign them immediately upon request.
