Organizing Your Home in 2026 – Kitchen Cabinets

Have you decided that this is the year you’re finally going to get your home organized?
If you’ve decided this is the year your home gets organized, I suggest that you embrace the space where you’ll feel the impact every single day: your KITCHEN CABINETS.
Over the last few days, I have been sharing interesting articles that have helped me complete several organizing challenges around my home.  I’ve had great results, and I hope you have as well.
If you’ve been following along, I’d love to know what you’ve tackled so far. If you’re just joining in, the earlier challenges are linked below.
My solution was simple. I removed anything that wasn’t part of a set.  (It’s amazing how many mismatched cups and glasses you can pick up over the years…  It seems like everyone has a logo travel mug or coffee to hand out.)
Because my dishes are white, sticking with a clean, neutral look instantly made the cabinets feel larger and calmer… Less visual noise, more breathing room. I also found a great article on organizing kitchen cabinets that helped me think through placement and flow in a more practical way.
Since my dishes are white it was very easy for me to create a clean, neutral palette and my cabinets look so much more spacious!  I found this article about organizing your kitchen cabinets very helpful.
If you’ve completed one of these challenges, drop a comment and tell me which space you tackled. Even better, share a photo. Seeing real results is motivating for everyone.
