HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! She did an initial walkthrough of the house and told us what we needed to update vs. leave as is. This saved us so much time and $$ in getting the house ready for the market. Her recommendations were spot on. Her pre-marketing plan was outstanding which resulted in having showings booked prior to it going on the market. Photography and video of the house were outstanding. As the offers came in, she summarized each offer, pointed out any risks, and negotiated hard for the best deal possible working until the wee hours of Saturday night and into Sunday mid-day.
